lawful purposes only. We do not provide any services to sites
containing pornography or sex-related material, or material in
violation of any Federal, State or City law. The subscriber
agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Christian Counter from any
claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the
subscriber or any other parties. Christian Counter shall have
the right to suspend services to the subscriber at any time, and
for any reason, without notice.
All websites using the Christian Counter must meet the
following requirements. If we see the counter on a site that
does not meet the following requirements the website counter for
that site will be delete immediately.
- We only accept entries from web sites that are clean and
family friendly.
- You must agree with our statement of faith.

- We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time for
any reason. Any dispute will be solved by arkwebs.com.
- Any counter that has not been unused for a period of 60
days will be deleted and your account removed.
- The counter on your site must contain a link to
www.christian-counter.com.
- The code on your site must be used as supplied, any
attempt to hide the counter may result in your account being
removed with no further explanation.
- Attempts at creating artificial hits will result in your
account being removed.
If any of the above Terms & Conditions are not met at any
time then your account will be removed with out notice.
